I’ve always loved Colin Powell, and if he had run, even as a Republican, I would have voted for him. He’s a good, honorable man who follows his beliefs and ethics.

The Electronic Freedom Foundation (EFF) filed a brief in the US District Court on Thursday challenging the constitutionality of the retroactive telecom immunity passed by Congress earlier this year.

According to the story on Telegraph.co.uk:
“The judge said he threw out the case not through lack of evidence but because the employer had acted gallantly rather than criminally.
