They wanted me to do weight watchers. Almost threw up because I was eating so much on that diet, and, yes, I still gained weight. I don't want to say that all western doctors are bad, because I've had a couple that were really outstanding. I wasn't lazy, sitting on a couch or eating junk, sent to a dietician, followed the diet to the letter and gained 11lbs in 2 weeks...I must have been cheating. yeah...hate allopathic doctors with a passion. 13 years to get a diagnosis for PCOS (but no one could help me treat/manage it) the pat answer prior to that was to “get off the couch and stop eating junk food”.
