Tarot Card of the Day: Prince of Wands

Also known as the Knight of Wands in some decks. And again, we have change *laughs*. The Prince of Wands can refer to travel. He can also refer to a person with lots of energy and a positive attitude. But he can also refer to a change in life. A resurgence of positivity and rising confidence. He can also refer to positive change after a difficult time, “out of the darkness, into the light” as one website put it (and I apologize because I didn’t write down the name of the site and now I can’t find it).

So, either my sister-in-law is coming to visit (only very high energy person I know) or we’re still looking at change *laughs*. But today it feels like things are moving forward more than just being pending. Maybe my letting go yesterday freed me enough to go where I’m supposed to be.

And speaking of where I’m supposed to be, today’s Goddess card is Aine (pronounced AHN-ya, which strangely enough is my sister-in-law’s name, Anja). The text on the card is “Take a risk and put your heart’s true desire into action.” The meanings given for the card include “Your dreams will come true,” and “Your chosen path is right for you.”

So both cards today seem to be a confirmation that I am ready to move forward. I still don’t know what I’m moving forward toward, but I’m comfortable with taking it one day at a time. Besides, I have a cold, so I don’t feel well enough for angst today *laughs*.
