Today’s tarot card–Death.  A time of change.  Something ends so that something else may be born.  The question here, of course, is what is dying, and what is being born?  Is the death that of my reliance on security and the birth of my willingness to take more risks, to have the faith encouraged by the Mother Mary card?

All of the cards I’ve pulled this week have been feeling like they are leading up to something.  Have faith in the future, financial security is coming, and now the Death card and it’s harbinger of change.

As it gurns out, todays Goddess card is also about change.  Today I pulled Oonagh, a Celtic Goddess.  When their land was invaded, they neither fought nor fled.  They transformed into leprachauns so they could remain in their land without interference.  The text on the card is, “There is no need to hurry or force things to happen.  Everything is occuring in perfect timing.”

Putting the two cards together, Death and Oonagh, I get a picture of inevitable change.  I don’t need to push or worry about it.  It’ll happen at the proper time.  I should just take it as it comes.

Hmmmm…I sure Fate knows I’m not a big fan of change.  I almost get the feeling she’s trying to ease me gently into whatever is coming.

Wow, what a P directed card! :p It’s a good thing we procrastinate about our destinies!

And that, everyone, is the husband!

He’s referring to the Myers Briggs. He’s a “P”, and I’m a “J”. We’re both INFs. It’s funny how different that one letter makes us, though.
