The Electronic Freedom Foundation (EFF) filed a brief in the US District Court on Thursday challenging the constitutionality of the retroactive telecom immunity passed by Congress earlier this year.
The EFF argues that the act violated the Constitution’s seperation of powers and deprives Telecom users of their rights by allowing the government to spy on them without due process.
